Help with Mini Me's

I could use some help with the following problem. When we got married on Maui, we had this collage made. I love it, but it is falling apart. The company that made it doesn't exit any longer--I would have sent it in for repairs. I just don't know what to do. I can keep gluing then back on and then have them fall off when I try to dust it or look at it sideways, OR I can come up with something else. The little people are about 3 or 4 inches tall. I thought about putting it in a shadow box, but if anyone has an idea for me, I'd appreciate it.
