Weird Stuff

Let's see, just read at Fox news that the Mormoms are supporting a gay rights law in Utah and the Vatican is searching for alien life. Huh.

On this side of crazy, my back is better but still hurts a fair bit. Sleeping doesn't help--wake up all sore and stiff.

My official computer time is supposed to be 11:00 but I am waiting for Ian to be done with a chore to do his school. He gets his cast off today. He is so excited.

Watched a show last night on the "quiverful" movement. It was about a family who were "leaders" in it but the family was actually a mess and fell apart. Then they interviewed the Jeubs, who have a book out and have had a show done about them. That was disturbing because I had seen the show and they seemed to be polishing their reputation in contradicting something from the other show. It was all kind of disturbing. I am still processing it in my little head. It just made me think a lot about how conservative Christians often put on a public face that does not represent what is really going on in their family.
