Say What??

I am too old for this excitement. I was sleeping and woke up to Evan screaming because he got stung in the pool. I am surprised they will even swim anymore with these stupid bees. So, I was trying to come to and asses that situation when Fabulous Former Neighbor (FFN) calls. She told me she is coming down here in a few weeks! WHAT??? I am so shocked and still half asleep, I think I am going to assume I dreamt it. She is flying to Charlotte to escort her brother's kids back down from their northern vacation and spend some time with them and then come down to spend time with us. Good grief--she can help us butcher poultry and can it and who knows what else. That is overwhelmingly good news. I am still shocked.
