Sunday, Post-Church

OK, the second week with the Presbyterians was too much. Nice folks, but there is just too much we don't agree with. So, we came home and, with everyone, we made a list of things we really need a church to be and then the things we'd like a church to be. And now we are going to start in our town and exhaust the churches before going anywhere else. At least that is the plan. Subject to change, but this seems like the most obvious, logical way to handle this.

Dan took the middle kids two hours north to tube on man made snow. Next week, he'll take the other two. The remaining squirts and I went to a meat goat farm for a 4-h meeting. We aren't joining but enjoyed touching base with other goat-types. Too bad it was 35 miles away. Man, it would be nice to find something close. Anything close.

Adam's wire came out of his braces, so I guess we are fixing that tomorrow. Lily has a doc appt. and Alec has an ortho appt. later this week. Bowling Tuesday. Dan is taking them to the planetarium Friday night. Fun never ends.
